Descent Divers LLC reserves the right to cancel or postpone a class due to weather, pool availability, below class minimums, or any other circumstance that may cause a class to be delayed. If a class is cancelled by Descent Divers LLC all efforts will be made to ensure students are placed in a similar class at no additional cost. If not, students are eligible for a full refund of the training portion of the class. Materials bought from any entity other than Descent Divers LLC is subject to their return policy and has no bearing on Descent Divers LLC. All unused goods purchased from Descent Divers LLC is subject to a 60 day return policy. Items must be in original packaging with stickers, tags, ect for a full refund. Special order goods are not eligible for a refund. Class cancelation up to 15 days before class start students can transfer into another class at no charge. 14-8 days prior to class start students will be charged 25% of course cost. 7-0 days prior to class start students will be charged 50% of course cost.
